Run Miami Run!

This weekend all eyes will be at Miami, as the city receives 25,000 runners from all over the world for the 12th Year Anniversary of the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon, February 2nd. The course of the Miami Marathon is one of the flattest most scenic courses in the country; enjoy the greatest winter destination with a perfect temperature among friends, family and curious spectators throughout the 26.2 miles.

The Miami Marathon route is filled out with spectacular emblematic buildings that will capture your attention. When the horn sounds at the start line of the Marathon at the American Airlines Arena you will soon meet the first and exclusive visionary development at Downtown Miami, One Thousand Museum.

Crossing over the Miami tunnel and over the Mac Arthur Bridge we will arrive to Miami Beach, the heart of the city, a historic deco place. Exiting Miami Beach through Venetian Causeway we will come across with the south point of Edgewater where new developments are being built, including Paraiso Bay, Biscayne Beach and The Crimson.

Coming back to Downtown Miami, Half Marathon runners will find the finish line while Marathon runners will continue south through South Miami Avenue where they’ll meet great new projects on Brickell: Brickell Citicentre, Brickell Heights, 1010 Brickell, The Bond and Le Park project sites.

Continuing their route, runners will arrive to Coconut Grove and an emblematic glass building called Grove at Grand Bay will be built in that area, carrying on to a quick entrance to Key Biscayne, returning under the bridge and heading to the finish line over Brickell Avenue. By the 25th mile, runners will discover the most exclusive development on Brickell, Echo Brickell. Crossing the last bridge runners are again in Downtown Miami arriving to the finish line with a warm and exciting cheering welcome.
